Business and Professions Code section 26000.5

Until January 1, 2028, both of the following shall apply:

(a)

A licensed manufacturer shall only use cannabinoid concentrates and extracts that are manufactured or processed exclusively from cannabis obtained from a licensed cannabis cultivator.

(b)

A licensee shall not possess, transport, distribute, manufacture, or sell industrial hemp on or from a licensed premises, except that a licensed testing laboratory may test industrial hemp.
