Business and Professions Code section 19229

(a)

Moneys in the fund shall be used, upon appropriation by the Legislature, by the bureau for the administration of this chapter.

(b)

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all moneys, including fines or penalties imposed under this chapter, collected pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited into the fund.
