Business and Professions Code section 18657

(a)

This chapter shall not apply to any contests conducted under the supervision or control of an entity authorized by the International Olympic Committee or the International Paralympic Committee.

(b)

This section shall become inoperative upon the later of December 31, 2028, or the conclusion of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and, as of January 1, 2029, is repealed.
