Business and Professions Code section 11408

(a)

An applicant for licensure shall not be eligible to have a license issued unless the applicant notifies the bureau within one year of successful completion of the examination.

(b)

Every applicant or licensee shall pay federal registry fees and state registry processing fees to the state as required as part of licensing fees.
