The California Codes are updated weekly as new legislation is enacted and takes effect. The Legislative Counsel maintains the official online version.
The California Codes are current through all bills and amendments chaptered by the Secretary of State.
We monitor the California Legislative Information system and update our database weekly to ensure we capture all changes as they're published.
This way we can guarantee that the California Codes on this site are always up to date.
