Welfare and Institutions Code section 18900.2

(a)

Pursuant to Section 18900.1, the name of the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (Chapter 51 (commencing with Section 2011) Title 7 of the United States Code) as administered in California shall be CalFresh.

(b)

Any reference in any other law to the Food Stamp program shall refer to CalFresh.
