Welfare and Institutions Code section 14124.81

(a)

The department shall administer the provisions of Section 14124.82 to 14124.86, inclusive, pertaining to the State Department of Health Care Services’ administration of the personal injury and workers’ compensation recovery programs.

(b)

An attorney or the beneficiary, guardian, personal representative, estate, or survivors of any of those, who are mandated under Section 14124.79 to report Medi-Cal involvement are excluded from any further remuneration benefits under Section 14124.82 to 14124.86, inclusive.
