CA Water Code Section 79540.1

(a)

Grants shall be awarded in accordance with Section 79540 on a statewide competitive basis.

(b)

To the extent funds appropriated pursuant to Section 79540 are expended for the purposes of programs established under Division 20.4 (commencing with Section 30901) of the Public Resources Code, those funds shall comply with the requirements of that division.
