Vehicle Code section 40000.6

A violation of any of the following is a misdemeanor and not an infraction:

(a)

Subdivision (b) of Section 1808.1, relating to enrollment in the pull notice system.

(b)

Subdivision (f) of Section 1808.1, relating to employment of disqualified drivers.
