Revenue and Taxation Code section 7101.3

Notwithstanding Section 7101, all revenues, less refunds, derived from the taxes imposed to Section 6051.5 and 6201.5 shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Fiscal Recovery Fund, as established pursuant to Section 99008 of the Government Code.
