Public Utilities Code section 130240.5

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Orange County Transportation Authority may acquire rights-of-way from willing sellers for the following projects:

(a)

Addition of auxiliary westbound lane to State Route 91, from Interstate 5 to State Route 57, in Orange County.

(b)

State Route 57 northbound widening, from Katella Avenue to Lincoln Avenue, in Orange County.
