Public Utilities Code section 130203

Whenever a commission, by resolution, determines that any record, map, book, paper, or other document of the commission in the possession of the commission or any officer or employee for 10 years or more is of no further use or value to the commission, the commission may authorize its sale, destruction, or other disposition.
