CA Pub Util Code Section 120050

(a)

There is hereby established the San Diego Metropolitan Transit Development Board in that portion of the County of San Diego as described in Section 120054.

(b)

The board shall also be known as the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System. Any reference in law to the board shall be construed to include a reference to the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System.
