CA Pub Res Code Section 26569

Notice of the hearing on short notice set pursuant to Section 26568.3 shall be as follows:

(a)

Published notice shall be made pursuant to Section 6061 of the Government Code and shall be completed at least 10 days prior to the date of the hearing. Published notice shall include a copy of the petition described in Section 26568. 2.

(b)

Mailed notice shall be sent by first-class mail, with return receipt requested, and postmarked not less than 10 days preceding the date of the public hearing. A copy of the petition described in Section 26568.2 shall be attached to the notice.
