“Interested person” means, in addition to the meaning given that term in Section 48, a person having a property right in or claim against a guardianship or conservatorship estate or other estate that may be affected by the proceeding.
The legislature occasionally skips outline levels.

and (4)(a) are all outline levels, but
(4) was
omitted by its authors. It's only implied. This presents an
