Health and Safety Code section 50661.7

The Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development may transfer moneys appropriated or otherwise made available for the purposes of the programs established under Section 50662.7 and 50671.5 between those programs when there is insufficient funding to meet the loan demand in either of those programs and an uncommitted funding balance in the other program.
