Health and Safety Code section 11836.15

The department shall adopt regulations to implement this chapter, in accordance with the purposes and process required in Section 11835, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

(a)

Application requirements.

(b)

Service requirements.

(c)

Reporting requirements.

(d)

Required staff qualifications.

(e)

Management and documentation of participant records.

(f)

Licensure fee assessment and collection procedures.
