CA Health & Safety Code Section 102346


(a)

The local registrar of births and deaths shall transmit each month to the Department of Industrial Relations a copy of each certificate of death for which the death has been marked as work-related and which was accepted for registration by him or her during the preceding month.

(b)

This section shall become operative on January 1, 2003.
