This article applies to the Central Valley Municipal Court District of Fresno County. The court referred to in this article shall become operative upon the consolidation of the Coalinga, Firebaugh, Fowler-Caruthers, Kerman, Kingsburg-Riverdale, Parlier-Selma, Reedley-Dunlap, and Sanger Judicial Districts by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Fresno.
