CA Gov't Code Section 67968

(a)

The authority shall have a board of directors consisting of five persons elected to staggered four-year terms by a majority of the electors residing within the boundaries of the authority and voting in the election.

(b)

The initial terms of office shall be established by the board of supervisors at the time of the call of the election.

(c)

The Tahoe Transportation District may appoint one person to serve as a sixth, ex officio member of the board in a nonvoting capacity.
