CA Gov't Code Section 66802.5

(a)

The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency shall annually prepare and submit to the Department of Finance and to the appropriate legislative budget committees a report, in a format established by the Department of Finance, of the revenues provided to the agency by the States of Nevada and California, including a complete summary and explanation of the revenues received and expended by the agency.

(b)

(1)The report submitted pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795.

(2)

Pursuant to Section 10231.5, this section is repealed on January 1, 2018.
