CA Gov't Code Section 56882

The executive officer shall mail a copy of the resolution adopted by the commission making determinations addressed to each of the following persons or entities:

(a)

The proponents, if any, where the proceedings for change of organization were initiated by petition.

(b)

Each affected local agency whose boundaries would be changed by the proposal.
