Any state agency may lease, as lessee or lessor, and the board may lease, as lessee or lessor, any public building for a term not exceeding 35 years from the date of occupancy at such rentals as are determined by the board. Rentals under a lease shall commence upon the date of occupancy, irrespective of whether the public building has been finally accepted by the state agency. These leases do not require the approval of the
Director of General Services.
The legislature occasionally skips outline levels.
(3) A person may apply [...]
(4)(a) A person petitioning for relief [...]
In this example, (3), (4),
and (4)(a) are all outline levels, but
omitted by its authors. It's only implied. This presents an
interesting challenge when laying out the text. We've
decided to display a blank section with this note, in order
to aide readability.
