(a)
(1)There is in state government the Department of FISCal.
(2)
(A)Upon the acceptance of the system by the state, as determined by the Director of Finance in his or her capacity as the system sponsor, the Department of FISCal shall be within the Government Operations Agency.
(B)
The director shall post a notice on the Internet Web site of the Department of FISCal when the Director of Finance accepts the system in accordance with subparagraph (A).
(b)
The Department of FISCal shall maintain, upgrade, or otherwise enhance and support the system,
provide operational support to the customers and stakeholders of the system, and onboard any new, deferred, or exempt state entities.
