The Department of Human Resources may remove the name of a person from the list of certified interpreters if any of the following conditions occurs:
(a)
The person is deceased.(b)
The person notifies the department that the person is unavailable for work.(c)
The person does not submit a renewal fee as required by Section 11435.45.
