CA Food & Agric Code Section 76901

Consistent with Section 8041 of the Fish and Game Code, the following persons shall remit the fees required by subdivision (a) of Section 76900 to the secretary:

(a)

Any person who is required to be licensed as a fish receiver by Section 8033 of the Fish and Game Code, and receives salmon in this state from persons conducting the activities of a commercial fisherman.

(b)

Any commercial fisherman licensed pursuant to Section 8033.5 of the Fish and Game Code who sells salmon to the ultimate consumer.
