The nomination paper for the presidential primary ballot shall be in substantially the following form: SECTION OF NOMINATION PAPER SIGNED BY VOTER ON BEHALF OF A PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE OR UNCOMMITTED DELEGATE Section _________Page _____ County of ______________.
