Education Code section 48312

(a)

Each school district may make information regarding its schools, programs, policies, and procedures available to any interested person upon request.

(b)

A school district of choice shall make public announcements regarding its schools, programs, policies, and procedures, including transportation options pursuant to Section 48311, if applicable, during the enrollment period.
